Returns & Refunds Policy

At Orbital Goods, your comfort and satisfaction come first. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return
• Final sale items cannot be returned
